Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Reslance (“Reslance”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. Reslance is currently in beta and provided on an evolving basis.
1. Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use Reslance. You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your Google sign-in secure.
2. The service & beta status
Reslance lets you upload short videos and generate captioned exports, with more AI video tools planned. During beta, features, limits, and credits may change, and the service may be unavailable from time to time without notice.
3. Credits & fair use
Usage is metered in credits. We may set reasonable limits to keep the service available to everyone and may suspend accounts that abuse the service, attempt to bypass limits, or place undue load on our systems.
4. Your content
You retain all ownership of the videos you upload and the captioned videos you export (“Your Content”). You grant Reslance a limited license to store, process, and transmit Your Content solely to provide the service to you (for example, transcription, rendering, and delivery of your download).
You are responsible for Your Content and confirm you have the rights to upload and caption it.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Reslance to create or distribute content that is unlawful, infringing, hateful, sexually exploitative, or that violates the rights of others. You may not reverse engineer, resell, or abuse the service or its infrastructure.
6. Intellectual property
The Reslance name, software, and interface are owned by Reslance and protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not grant you rights to our trademarks or branding.
7. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that transcriptions or renders will be error-free or available without interruption, especially during beta.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reslance will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from your use of the service.
9. Termination
You may stop using Reslance at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the service.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above, and continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
