Account info. When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture to create your account.

Content. The videos you upload and the captioned videos we render for you.

Usage data. Basic technical data such as job status, timestamps, and approximate request origin (IP) to operate and secure the service.

To authenticate you, process and render your videos, deliver your downloads, enforce credits and limits, prevent abuse, and improve the service.

Uploads and renders are stored with our cloud storage provider (Cloudflare R2) and processed on our servers (audio transcription and video rendering) solely to produce your captioned video.

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers that help us run Reslance (for example, hosting, storage, and authentication via Google), under appropriate obligations.

We keep your account and project data while your account is active. You can delete projects from your dashboard, which removes the associated files. Contact us to delete your account and associated data.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. To exercise these, email us at the address below.

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections and scoped access to storage. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Reslance is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

We may update this policy as the product evolves. Changes are reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
